Electromed Laboratory, established in 2012 with funding from the Danish Strategic Research Foundation, aims to apply electrospinning technology for biomedical research. With further funding from DFF-FTP, AUFF, Carlsberg foundation, Novo Nordisk Foundation, Lundbeck Foundation, Leo Fond and H2020 Marie Curie Action, the facilities include 6 electrospinners, 3D melt electrospinner, extrusion bioprinter, volumetric bioprinter, scanning electron microscope, fluorescence microscope, rheometer, and cell lab etc.
