Internship & Project Day for Bio-, Chemical-, and Food Technology on March 5, 2024

Join us for the Internship and Project Day on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 15:00 to 18:00, where companies and engineering students can connect, engage in conversations, and explore potential collaborations in internships and projects.

Invitation for Companies

The Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering invites companies to participate in our Internship and Project Day scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 15:00 to 18:00. The event will take place at Aarhus University within our engineering programs, focusing on Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, and Food Technology.

With a presence of around 150-200 students, this occasion provides companies with a unique opportunity to showcase their identity, engage with students, and explore potential collaborations for projects or internships.

Our Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BEng) students must complete a hands-on internship with a company in their 5th semester, typically coinciding with the fall semester. This is followed by their engineering project in the 7th semester – typically in close partnership with a company.

Our Bachelor of Science (BSc) students engage in their bachelor projects in the spring semester, which can be carried out in collaboration with a company.

Similarly, the thesis for our Master’s in Engineering students (MSc) is often written in close collaboration with a company, potentially spanning the fall and spring semesters.
