Dear Colleagues,

Our group ‘Biocatalysis and Bioprocessing’ started in July 2018 at Aarhus University in Biological and Chemical Engineering Section. I am looking forward to establishing collaborations within the Aarhus University as well as with the other national and international colleagues focusing on using enzymes for the synthesis of bulk-, fine- and speciality-chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Joining forces would enable us to develop ecologically and economically attractive bioprocesses to meet the requirements of the highly productive biotransformations in a technical environment.

EVENTS

Festival of Research 2021:

The Biocatalysis and Bioprocessing research group will be present at the online version of the AU Festival of Research 2021. This event will take place on April 28^th, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On the occasion of this Festival, Dr. Santiago Chanquia, Piera De Santis and Milica Milic, three young researchers from our group, will be presenting some of the latest advancements and projects being developed in our labs to the general public in a fun and straightforward way. We hope to see you there!
